Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Talent Acquisition specialist to lead sourcing for passive talent, map candidate markets and support data-driven recruitment across Malaysia.

You will manage end-to-end recruitment, collaborate with line leaders and the broader TA team, and drive velocity in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

The role requires at least 4 years in talent acquisition or executive search, strong communication, and an entrepreneurial mindset.

What this job involves – A passion for talent

Do you have a passion for talent? This role is critical to the success of the wider talent acquisition team and we need someone who has passion for identifying the best talent for various roles throughout the region. You’ll know how to employ traditional and creative innovative sourcing strategies to play a lead role in our first stage recruiting efforts across Malaysia. An exciting aspect of this role will mean you are involved in a number of new business projects. This will see you taking the lead in ensuring our new sites have the correct people to ensure we achieve our clients’ ambitions. Your exposure to volume recruitment will bring new ideas and methods of working to ensure our projects are successfully delivered.

Responsibilities

• You’ll be the lead in performing searches for passive talent through sourcing, cold calling, personal networking, and social media.
• Your multi-faceted research will lead to the successful development of candidate market intelligence reports and talent mapping.
• You will actively support the wider TA team in collating and analysing key metrics and maximizing the effectiveness of the recruiting process.
• This role sits within a highly dynamic part of a highly dynamic business. It’s a fast paced environment and you’ll need to be fast paced as well. You’ll need a positive mind set and a can do attitude.
• We want somebody with an entrepreneurial mind-set and an internal drive to continuously hit goals and succeed.
• You’ll work closely with the wider Talent Acquisition team to ensure successful delivery of talent.
• In addition, you will communicate regularly with business line leaders to clearly understand requirements and expectations of the diverse positions.
• You’ll need to be fully involved in the end-to-end recruitment process managing requisitions from creation through to on-boarding. Taking control of the entire process will mean your responsibilities will include administration and documentation related to the hire process as well as HR system monitoring and management.

Requirements

• Experienced Not a job for the feint hearted, you will need at least 4 years’ experience within talent acquisition, recruitment or executive search. You’ll understand the methodology and stages of the Talent Acquisition process especially and be comfortable working on mandates at various levels.
• Task Oriented Have you worked in a task driven role? You will need to have this type of experience to succeed in this role. Your work in a high volume, high turnover environment will have perfected your time management and organisation skills.
• A problem solver You’ll need a strategic mind-set, outstanding problem solving ability and a creative flair to produce the most detailed and highest quality research and mapping results.
