Job summary

OCBC is seeking dynamic individuals to join the Emerging Business Division in Malaysia. You will drive SME client acquisition, expand our presence in cross-border markets, and manage both onshore and offshore banking propositions, including Labuan-based accounts.

You will promote cash management and business banking solutions while growing deposits and fees. Fresh graduates are welcome and will receive structured training and mentorship to accelerate career growth.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and onboard new SME and corporate clients.
• Promote Cash Management and Business Banking solutions.
• Grow deposits and fee-based income to meet targets.
• Facilitate corporate account openings (Labuan and offshore) for local and foreign entities.
• Build strong, long-term client relationships and deliver excellent service.
• Identify market trends to shape SME strategy.
