Job summary

Talent Trader Group is seeking a Regional Sales Support Specialist to manage end-to-end sales operations, including quotations, order processing, and fulfilment for regional and global accounts. This role requires strong coordination with Logistics, Finance, and Supply Chain, and precise ERP/CRM record-keeping.

You will apply Incoterms and freight assumptions, prepare pricing proposals, and support continuous process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Inside Sales, Sales Operations, Customer Service, or Sales Support in IT/Technology/Electronics/Electrical industries.
• Experience managing end-to-end sales operations (quote to cash) including quotation prep and order fulfilment.
• Knowledge of Incoterms, freight assumptions, shipping docs, and logistics coordination.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate quotations and sales proposals aligned with customer requirements, Incoterms, and freight assumptions.
• Coordinate end-to-end order management from entry to delivery and fulfilment.
• Liaise with logistics providers for freight quotations and shipment arrangements.
• Provide sales administration support to regional/global accounts with the Global Account Manager.
• Serve as first point of contact for customer inquiries and ensure timely updates and resolutions.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Warehouse, Logistics, Finance, and Operations for seamless order execution.
• Monitor inventory and support stock planning to meet delivery needs.
• Maintain accurate customer, quotation, and order records in ERP/CRM.
