Job summary

Azelis Group in Malaysia is seeking an International Order Management Specialist to own end-to-end global order processing, import/export documentation, and cross-border logistics. The role requires ERP/SAP proficiency and keen focus on trade compliance.

You will coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders and customers, manage shipments, and ensure timely invoicing, tracking, and KPI achievement. This is an individual contributor role centered on maintaining smooth supply chain operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in end-to-end order management and export/import processes.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and SAP is required.
• Understanding of international trade compliance and logistics.

Responsibilities

• Adherence to all company policies and procedures.
• Accountable for Order to Cash processing activities related to International Indent orders.
• Daily end to end execution of International Order management activities including PO/SO processing, invoicing, and shipment coordination.
• Coordinate with Suppliers, Shipping lines and freight forwarders for shipments and queries.
• Share shipment details and track KPIs with stakeholders and customers.
• Prepare export/import documentation for regional customs clearance and ensure ERP updates.

Job Summary An International Order Management Specialist will be an Individual contributor role responsiblefor managing end-to-end lifecycle of global customer orders, process import/export documentation, coordinate cross-border logistics, and resolve supply chain issues. This role frequently requires ERP/SAP proficiency and is central to maintaining global trade compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Adherence to all company policies and procedures.
• Accountable for Order to Cash processing activities related to International Indent orders.
• Responsible for daily end to end execution of International Order management routine activities including

• PO creation activities in ERP system, including accurate and timely processing of PO's with suppliers , documentation, validation of quotation & shipment details.
• Co-ordinate with Suppliers, Shipping lines and freight forwarders for shipments and resolving queries and issues of customers related to shipments.
• Co-ordinate with suppliers on shipment status and dispatch of documents
• Sales Oder creation activities in ERP including accurate and timely processing of Indent Sales Orders, Customer PO verification, Invoicing and amendments if any
• Sharing of order acknowledgement & shipment details including ETD/ETAs with respective stakeholders and customers
• Preparing and reviewing export/import documentation (eg Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, and Bill of Lading) for regional customs clearance
• Completion of all GRN activities in ERP system including Batch creation
• Identification of damaged /quarantine material and blocking in ERP
• Sharing of regular updates on shipment status with stakeholders / customers
• Co-ordinate with bank on release of documents (as and when required)
• Publish /share Order status trackers with stakeholders
• Ensure KPIs are met
• Assist demand planning and inventory control
• Support the business operations on assignment basis
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
