Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a Sales Admin to support the sales team and manage the end-to-end sales process from onboarding to delivery. The role involves coordinating with Sales, Operations, Finance, Logistics, and external providers to ensure timely order fulfilment, accurate documentation, and smooth payment follow-up.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales Administration, Sales Operations, or related roles.
• Experience in B2B and/or export business is a plus.
• Strong grasp of order processing, onboarding, documentation, delivery coordination, and sales admin.
• Familiarity with shipment processes, Incoterms, export docs, invoicing, and basic credit control.
• Experience with SAP, CRM or similar systems is advantageous.
• Good command of English; additional languages help for international markets.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end sales transaction process from onboarding to delivery coordination.
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Finance, Logistics, and external providers to ensure timely fulfilment.
• Liaise with customers to provide responsive and professional service.
• Coordinate shipment arrangements and ensure on-time deliveries.
• Monitor customer accounts, follow up on outstanding payments, and support credit control.
• Provide admin and operational support to Sales Managers for smooth execution.
• Maintain accurate sales records and update SAP/CRM systems.
• Prepare sales reports to support business decisions and comply with policies and export rules.
• Identify opportunities to improve sales administration processes and efficiency.
