Company Background

We are representing our client a growing solution provider specializing in automation system and engineering services for the electronics and semiconductor industry. Currently they are seeking a Senior Sales Executive to strengthen their brand presence and drive business frowth across the ASEAN market.

Work Location: Melaka

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full sales cycle, including client meetings, follow-up calls, and active participation in trade exhibitions, to achieve targets and support business plans.
  • Actively explore market trends and pursue potential projects to drive business growth.
  • Strengthen partnerships with current customers while identifying and securing new business opportunities across the ASEAN market.
  • Conduct impactful product demonstrations and presentations, making effective use of marketing tools and resources.
  • Represent the Company at industry events to showcase solutions and reinforce our position as a trusted leader in factory traceability and automation.
  • Provide accurate and timely updates on sales performance, forecasts, and expense reports.
  • Uphold the Companys values by fostering a professional, positive image in all interactions.
  • Remain adaptable to evolving business needs and take on additional responsibilities when required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years sales experience within the manufacturing sector; exposure to the electronics or semiconductor industry is highly preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales planning, budgeting, forecasting, and applying management tools to analyze and drive business performance.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively at all levels of an organization.
  • Willingness to travel across Malaysia and ASEAN as required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Self-driven, dedicated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on achieving results.
  • Marketing knowledge or experience will be considered an added advantage.
