Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent in Mechanical/Precision/Manufacturing Engineering.
• 5 years or relevant experience in semiconductor manufacturing or similar environment preferred.
• Ability to read and follow blueprints and sketches.
• Strong program management, leadership, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Independent and team-oriented work approach.
• Good proficiency in English; ERP knowledge is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Achieves regional sales objectives by contributing to strategic plans and reviews, preparing action plans, and ensuring standards in production, quality, and customer service.
• Forecasts requirements, prepares annual budget, analyzes variances, and initiates corrective actions to meet regional financial targets.
• Establishes sales objectives by creating a district-level plan and quota aligned with national goals.
• Identifies new product opportunities and market trends to suggest lines, packaging, or service changes.
• Publishes and evaluates trade promotions and tracks spending to optimize ROI.
• Handles designated local and overseas customers with a results-focused approach.
• Responds to inquiries with information about products and services and prepares proposals/quotations for clients.

Job Responsible :

• Achieves regional sales operational objectives by contributing regional sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends; determining regional sales system improvements; implementing change.
• Meets regional sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
• Establishes sales objectives by creating a sales plan and quota for districts in support of national objectives.
• Recommends product lines by identifying new product opportunities, and/or product, packaging, and service changes; surveying consumer needs and trends; tracking competitors.
• Implements trade promotions by publishing, tracking, and evaluating trade spending.
• Accomplishes sales and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
• Handle and manage designated local and overseas customers with sales and result oriented approach.
• Respond efficiently to enquiries with appropriate information about company products and services.
• Contact potential clients to understand and quantify their requirements and budgets.
• Prepare proposals and quotations for potential and existing clients.
• Maintain up-to-date information on all customer interactions.

Job Requirements:

• At least a Diploma, preferably in Mechanical Engineering / Precision Engineering / Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent.
• 5 years or relevant experience in a semiconductor manufacturing or equivalent environment is preferred.
• Ability to read and follow blueprints and sketches.
• Good program management, leadership, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good proficiency in English
• Knowledge of ERP will be an added advantage.
