Job summary

Spearing Executive Search is assisting a Global Fortune 500 client in Penang for a Technical Sales Engineer role. You will build strong relationships with customers, align solutions to business goals, and drive growth through strategic planning and collaboration across regional teams in Asia.

The position emphasizes meeting sales targets, managing key accounts, and delivering applied solutions in the semiconductor sector. A Bachelor's degree and 2–5 years' relevant experience are expected.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
2–5 years in Technical Sales Engineer or similar role.

Responsibilities

Serve as the main contact between the client and the company, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Establish strategic relationships with customers and propose appropriate sales solutions.
Provide leadership in customer planning and engagement activities.
Analyze customer data to identify growth opportunities and align with marketing programs.
Engage customers in joint planning to develop strategies driving market position and revenue.
Conduct regular business reviews with accounts to track revenue growth.
Monitor pipeline and metrics for assigned customers and identify improvements.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver effective sales strategies.
Handle small to mid-size accounts with limited complexity.
