Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Banking, Management, or related field.
• Preferably with managerial experience in FMCG, Banking, Financial Services, or related industry.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in branch operations, compliance, or a leadership/management role.
• Strong knowledge of financial products and services, with excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
• High energy, self-motivated, and results-driven, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Comfortable working in a target-driven and performance-oriented environment.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent planning, organizational, problem-solving, and time management abilities, with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
• Possess a valid driving licence and own transportation.

Responsabilités

• Establish and maintain an organizational structure and staffing plan to effectively achieve the region’s goals and objectives.
• Hire, train, and supervise all branch staff, ensuring optimal performance in sales, services, and compliance.
• Proactively identify quality prospects, understand the sales territory and channels, and analyze market trends to create new business opportunities while maintaining long-term sustainable partnerships.
• Develop and execute sales plans to meet monthly and annual sales targets through effective implementation of sales and marketing strategies.
• Oversee the daily operational activities of branch personnel, including work allocation, training, problem resolution, performance evaluation, and recommendations for staff development.
• Guide, motivate, and drive regional staff toward achieving shared goals and objectives.
