Job summary

OneCredit Malaysia is seeking a Regional Head of Sales to drive SME market growth across Penang, Kedah, Perlis and Perak. You will lead and develop the regional SME sales team, optimize productivity, and expand the local business network.

You will build relationships with chambers of commerce, industry groups and influencers, translate market knowledge into actionable plans, and ensure disciplined execution with clear KPIs and pipeline management.

Qualifications

• 8-12 years of B2B sales experience
• 4+ years in sales management or regional leadership
• Experience coaching, developing and retaining salespeople
• Strong familiarity with Northern Malaysia (Penang, Kedah, Perlis, Perak)
• Established local network or ability to build relationships with business associations
• Understanding SME dynamics, regional opportunities; advantageous in fintech/SaaS/credit reporting/data analytics

Responsibilities

• Monitor sales performance, KPIs, pipelines and revenue targets across the region.
• Identify performance gaps and implement action plans to improve conversion and productivity.
• Establish a disciplined rhythm of sales reviews, pipeline management and performance coaching.
• Coach and upskill salespeople in prospecting, consultative selling, and closing.
• Build a strong regional business network with local chambers of commerce, associations and influencers.
