Job summary

Dpstar Thermo Control Electric Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead and grow sales across KL, Penang, and JB.

You will develop strategies, coach teams, manage client relationships, forecast performance, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction while meeting regional targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years of sales experience, with at least 1–2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• The role will require you to manage the region sales allocated to you either HQ, JB or PENANG (Based on where you’re based at).
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
