Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in construction/project sales, strong English and Mandarin, and the ability to travel and present effectively.

Qualifikationen

• At least 2 years of sales experience in construction project sales or related materials.
• Target-driven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin.
• Willingness to travel for outstation projects.
• Own a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Salesforce.

Aufgaben

• Grow key accounts and strengthen relationships with dealers, fabricators, contractors, and industry players.
• Maintain accurate Salesforce CRM records for projects, customers, and visits.
• Develop a healthy project pipeline across the Southern Region to drive growth.
• Generate new leads and convert opportunities.
• Contribute to sales strategy and drive sustainable growth.
• Collaborate with distributors to win project specifications.
• Track market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead.
• Present products effectively, support customers, and handle product claims.
• Meet and exceed individual and team KPIs.
• Support the wider team as needed.
