Job summary

Glints in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a highly motivated sales professional to drive business growth for smart intercom and access control solutions. The role requires managing channel partnerships across the region and expanding direct sales with key accounts, with travel to Xiamen, China.

The candidate should have 3–5 years of sales experience, a bachelor’s degree, and fluency in English and Chinese. Familiarity with international trade processes and regulations is preferred, and strong teamwork

Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia with business travel to Xiamen, China

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategy & Execution: Formulate sales strategies aligned with company goals to achieve sales targets for our products.
• Channel Management: Maintain existing channel partnerships in the region, enhance customer relationships, and develop lower-level channels to expand market coverage.
• Key Account Management: Maintain and expand direct sales key accounts; develop new customers through multiple channels.
• Market Intelligence: Collect and analyze market-related information to inform business decisions.

Who We Are Looking For:

• Experience: 3–5 years of relevant sales experience (Overseas study or work experience is highly preferred).
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or above (Majors in Communication or related fields are a plus).
• Language: Proficient in English and Chinese (essential for communicating with foreign customers) and strong communication skills.
• Skills: Familiarity with international trade business processes, foreign trade documents, and international market regulations/policies.
• Attributes: Enthusiastic about overseas sales, strong execution ability, and a team player.
