Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales management or team leadership in industrial automation.
• Strong background in B2B technical sales with PLCs, software, machine vision, or automated processes.
• Proven track record in solution sales across direct corporate accounts and regional distributors.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and execute sales growth strategies across the Central region.
• Lead, mentor, and build a team of sales engineers to hit commercial revenue targets.
• Drive consultative, solution-selling cycles integrating hardware with engineering services.
• Map regional market potential and capture high-value accounts in factory and logistics automation.
• Oversee team CRM data integrity to maintain accurate pipeline tracking and sales forecasting.
