Job summary

Hiredly X is seeking an experienced sales leader to drive the team toward meeting and exceeding corporate sales objectives in Malaysia. The role focuses on identifying new market opportunities, expanding market coverage, budgeting, forecasting, and preparing sales analyses.

You will develop strategic relationships with key customers and support existing accounts while working closely with the technical team on product qualification and customer support.

Qualifications

• Lead a high-performing sales team to meet or exceed corporate objectives.
• Identify and develop strategic business plans, new market opportunities, and expand market coverage.
• Manage budget and forecasting to drive profitability and growth.
• Prepare regular sales analysis reports to inform decision making.
• Develop strategic relationships with key customers and grow account value.
• Support and maintain existing customers to ensure retention and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the technical department for product qualification and customer support.

Responsibilities
