Responsibilities

• Strategy Planning & Execution – Distributors’ efficiency and dealers’ development.
• Distribution points expansion and maintaining healthy trade buffer stock.
• Dealer development and training including product knowledge and selling skills.
• Ensure compliance of trade visitation cycles.
• Timely submission of management reports.
• Network expansion planning and prioritization.
