Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing or related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ working experience with 2–4 years in sales/channel management.
• Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies.
• Experience coaching teams and managing performance.
• Proficient in CRM systems and sales pipeline reporting.
• Strong data entry and reporting capabilities.
• Analytical mindset for market opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets within the assigned territory.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
• Build and maintain strong, long‑lasting customer relationships.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations.
• Manage sales pipelines and provide regular sales forecasts.
• Provide administrative support to the sales team and generate reports.
• Accurately enter and manage sales data in company systems.
• Maintain organized records of sales activities and territory performance.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues.
