LAGENDA PROPERTIES BERHAD is seeking an Executive, Sales (Hardware & Warehouse Retail) to drive growth in Perak and adjacent regions. You will identify and win new clients, promote building materials, prepare quotations, and negotiate terms within approved authority.

The role requires coordinating with internal teams to ensure orders are fulfilled and customers remain satisfied. You will manage key accounts, upsell opportunities, and monitor market trends to keep our offerings competitive.

Mansioni

• Prospect, identify, and acquire new clients in Perak and designated regions.
• Develop opportunities with contractors, developers, builders, hardware retailers, wholesalers, and other commercial customers.
• Promote and sell warehouse building/construction materials and hardware finished products.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing within authority limits, and close sales opportunities.
• Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Manage and grow assigned customer accounts, delivering consultative product guidance and after-sales support.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfilment and delivery; support collections per policy.
• Provide market feedback and insights to product/strategy teams to inform business planning.
