Job summary

Jestac Pte Ltd in Selangor, Petaling Jaya is seeking a dynamic sales professional to build and manage client relationships across Contractors, Developers, Architects, and end-users. You will drive new business, deliver presentations, prepare proposals, and negotiate deals while coordinating with internal teams to ensure project delivery.

The role requires self-motivation, strong communication, and ability to work independently, with a 5-day work week.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant sales experience.
• Experience in window films, architectural or interior-related industries, building materials, or home furnishing products is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new clients, including contractors, developers, architects, interior designers, and end-users.
• Generate sales leads through cold calling, site visits, referrals, networking, and business development activities.
• Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the sales and post-sales process.
• Monitor market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
• Understand clients' requirements and recommend / promote suitable products and solutions.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales presentations, and negotiate to secure sales opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and project delivery.
• Conduct post-project follow-ups to obtain customer feedback and identify future opportunities.
• Represent the Company at exhibitions, trade shows, roadshows, and other promotional events.
