Job summary

Expeditors Malaysia invites applications for a District Sales Executive to drive new customer revenue within the assigned territory. You will coordinate across branches and product teams to secure opportunities and build strong client relationships.

Ideal candidates will have 2+ years in sales, a related Bachelor's degree, and strong English communication. This role offers growth, training, and competitive compensation in a dynamic logistics environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Logistics & Supply Chain, Business, Marketing, or related discipline preferred.
• At least 2 years of professional work experience; logistics/sales experience advantageous.
• Ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Sales planning and negotiation skills.
• Strong in sales presentations; fluent English.
• Able to multitask.
• Independent with teamwork spirit.
• Reliable and responsible.
• Understanding of local market and key industries.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned territory and demonstrate knowledge of potential customers and competitors.
• Timely data entry in CRM tool.
• Orchestrate customer/branch relationships and collaborate with regional Product, Service, Geo, and Knowledge Management resources.
• Create value-added solutions for customers’ logistics needs, including diagrams and cost-benefit calculations.
• Support transition of new accounts, introductions, information transfer, and AR collection when needed.
• Attend training and development sessions to improve selling skills and product knowledge.
• Engage in local trade groups as directed by the District Sales Manager.
• Take on additional assignments to support company needs.
