Expeditors in Johor Bahru is seeking a District Sales Executive to drive revenue within a defined territory. You will manage customer relationships, enter data into our CRM, and coordinate with regional Product, Service, Geo, and Knowledge Management teams to craft value-added logistics solutions.

The role emphasizes proactive sales, training, and participation in local trade groups, with growth opportunities within the global Expeditors network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, business, marketing or related field.
• At least 2 years of professional work experience; logistics or sales are a plus.
• Ability to meet and exceed sales goals with proven results.
• Strong sales planning and negotiation skills.
• Excellent presentation, written and verbal English communication.
• Able to multi-task and work independently with team spirit.
• Demonstrates responsibility and reliability with internal/external stakeholders.
• Understanding of local market and key industries.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned territory and know potential customers and competitors.
• Timely data entry in the CRM.
• Collaborate with regional Product, Service, Geo, and Knowledge Management resources.
• Create value-added logistics solutions with cost-benefit considerations.
• Assist in onboarding new accounts and secure necessary paperwork; support AR collection when needed.
• Attend training to develop selling skills and product knowledge.
• Participate in local trade groups as directed by the District Sales Manager.
• Take on additional assignments to support company needs.
