Job summary

Expeditors in Penang (Bayan Lepas) is seeking a Sales Operations professional to support district Business Development. You will collaborate across teams to manage leads, organize training sessions, and coordinate meetings with the sales team to drive performance in a fast-paced environment.

Reporting to the District Sales Manager, you will deliver regular reports, facilitate bid organization, support regional events, and assist marketing campaigns.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Willingness to travel for trainings.
• Strong problem solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Excellent grammar and writing skills.
• Self-motivated in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and public speaking skills.

Responsibilities

• Support and attend weekly district sales meetings.
• Manage and distribute sales leads.
• Organize sales training sessions for your district.
• Manage company visitors and arrange meeting schedules with sales team.
• Deliver reporting on a frequent basis to support sales initiatives.
• Facilitate bid organization and responses for region’s bid owners.
• Coordinate and deliver customer-facing district events for the Business Development teams.
• Support local marketing needs.
