Job summary

Talent Titans Pte Ltd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Sales Engineer (Food Testing) to grow our client base across Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia and other Southeast Asian markets. You will promote testing, training, certification, and auditing services while coordinating with internal teams to deliver solutions.

The role requires 3+ years of B2B sales experience in relevant sectors, strong negotiation and relationship management skills, and proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field.
• 3+ years of B2B sales experience in food/agriculture/pet food or testing/certification sectors.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and client management skills.
• Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop clients in Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia and SEA markets across the food & beverage, agriculture and pet food industries; promote testing, training, certification, and auditing services.
• Execute regional sales strategies to hit annual sales targets and expand market share.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, identify upsell opportunities, and drive long-term partnerships.
• Collaborate with technical and certification teams to align client requirements with service delivery.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes in Malaysia and neighboring countries; submit regular sales reports.
• Lead pricing negotiations, contract finalization, and payment follow-up to ensure project success.
