Job summary

Randstad is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives within a fast-growing digital banking and fintech group in Malaysia. You will bridge executives, product, data, and regulatory stakeholders to drive programs from concept to execution.

You will optimize operational frameworks, monitor high-level KPIs, and shape new digital financial capabilities in a regional context with regional teams.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in Program/Project Management, Business Operations, Strategic PMO, or consulting.
• Experience in financial services, fintech, or digital assets is preferred.
• Strong ability to align stakeholders and drive cross-functional programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end, cross-departmental programs across product, ops, and tech.
• Establish governance, track KPIs, and provide executive-ready reports.
• Coordinate with department heads, product leads, and engineers to maintain momentum.
• Identify bottlenecks, optimize processes, and improve workflows.
• Collaborate with regional teams to ensure seamless delivery across borders.
