Job summary

TNG Digital in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an experienced Project Manager to drive technology and platform initiatives across engineering, product, and operations.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage complex integrations with partners and financial institutions, and maintain governance and reporting. We value agile delivery, effective communication, and a bias for action in a fast-paced fintech setting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing technology or digital platform projects.
• Experience with APIs, cloud platforms, mobile apps, or enterprise systems is advantageous.
• Strong communication and coordination across technical and business teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of technology initiatives.
• Manage scope, timelines, risks, and dependencies across teams.
• Ensure on-schedule delivery with high quality and readiness.
• Coordinate with engineering, product, architecture, and operations.
• Governance, documentation, and regular status reporting.
• Drive continuous improvement of PM processes and frameworks.
