The role requires coordinating with business users, IT teams, vendors, and regulators to ensure on-time delivery, governance, and go-live readiness. Strong PM skills and PMBOK/Agile experience are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
• 5–10 years of project management experience in the banking/financial services sector.
• Strong knowledge of loan origination systems, core banking platforms, and hybrid cloud solutions.
• Proficiency in PM frameworks (PMBOK®, Agile, Scrum) and tools (Jira, HP ALM, Confluence).
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Certifications such as PMP®, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or ITIL are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery across banking technology initiatives, ensuring scope, timelines, and budgets are met.
• Manage digital banking transformation programs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders including business users, IT teams, vendors, and regulators to align project objectives with organizational goals.
• Drive requirement gathering, functional and technical documentation, UAT/SIT cycles, and go-live readiness.
• Establish and monitor RAID logs, governance frameworks, and compliance checkpoints to mitigate risks.
• Provide regular updates to senior management and steering committees, ensuring transparency and alignment.
• Mentor and guide cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and accountability.
