Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 6–8 years of relevant experience.
• Launched and scaled diverse digital financial products (lending, BNPL, Insurtech, wallets, payments).
• Strong ability to analyze data, market dynamics and business insights to inform product decisions.

Responsibilities

• Define product strategy and vision aligned with business goals and market trends.
• Gather requirements from customers, units and regulators; use market research to identify opportunities.
• Lead end-to-end Agile development and lifecycle management with cross‑functional teams.
• Monitor metrics, drive data-informed priorities, and iterate based on feedback.
• Ensure regulatory, privacy and security compliance throughout development.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing and compliance to execute roadmaps.
