we are seeking an experienced and execution-focused Program Manager to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives across a fast-expanding digital banking and financial technology group. Acting as a strategic bridge between executive leadership, product development, data, and regulatory stakeholders, you will drive high-impact programs from conceptualization to execution.
This role offers broad visibility across the business, allowing you to leverage your core strengths—whether optimizing operational frameworks, managing high-level KPIs, or shaping new digital financial capabilities.
Program Leadership & Execution: Lead and oversee end-to-end, cross-departmental programs across product development, operations, and technical infrastructure.
Executive Alignment & Governance: Establish clear program frameworks, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and deliver structured, executive-ready reports and insights to senior leadership.
Stakeholder Management: Act as a central point of alignment across business functions, working closely with department heads, product leads, and technical teams to maintain momentum and manage dependencies.
Process Optimization: Identify operational bottlenecks, implement best-in-practice project management methodologies, and streamline workflows to drive efficiency.
Cross-Border Collaboration: Liaise with regional teams and cross-functional technical units (including data and developer teams) to ensure seamless delivery.
Experience: 3 to 5+ years of experience in Program/Project Management, Business Operations, Strategic PMO, or Management Consulting.
Industry Focus: Strong domain exposure within Financial Institutions, Fintech, Digital Assets, Modern Payments, or Commercial Banking.
Execution: Proven ability to synthesize complex operational inputs into clear strategies; proficient with modern PM toolsets, data platforms, and productivity tools.
Stakeholder Skills: High emotional intelligence and strong communication skills with the confidence to constructively manage senior upward stakeholders and department heads.
Language Proficiency: Fluency in English; proficiency in Business Mandarin is required to liaise effectively with regional development and technical teams.
