Job summary

Camfil Asia Pacific in Malaysia seeks an industry-experienced product specialist to drive regional execution of the Clean Process air filter portfolio. You will link Global Product Management, APAC cross-functions, and the country sales team to localise, launch and phase-out products, and provide technical support.

The role includes training sales teams, translating market feedback into product improvements, and collaborating with R&D and sourcing to ensure compliant, competitive offerings.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in product management or market-seg-oriented roles in B2B industries.
• Experience in Life science/Pharma, Semiconductor/Microelectronics, Healthcare, and OEM sectors is preferred.
• Strong English (written and spoken) is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage regional product lifecycle and launch execution from market introduction to phase-out.
• Localise products with R&D, Global PM, sourcing and commercial teams; provide product applications and support.
