JAPAN AIR FILTER MALAYSIA SDN BHD is seeking a proactive Research and Development Engineer to design and develop new products and improve existing ones to meet customer and market needs.

You will perform engineering calculations, prepare technical drawings and BOMs, and lead R&D projects with cross-functional teams. Fresh graduates are welcome; 1–2 years experience is a plus, with strong English and Bahasa Melayu communication skills.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechatronics or related engineering.
• Fresh graduates welcome; 1–2 years of relevant experience considered.
• Proficiency in Electrical systems and PLC.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical and engineering skills.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Melayu; Mandarin preferred for Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Design and develop new products and improve existing ones to meet customer needs.
• Perform engineering calculations and prepare technical drawings, sketches, BOMs.
• Lead and manage R&D projects with timely completion and objectives.
• Coordinate project plans with Engineering, Manufacturing, Sales, and Marketing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet business objectives.
• Provide technical support and guidance to stakeholders; support testing and CI initiatives.
