Job summary

American Air Filter Manufacturing Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a results-driven sales professional in Shah Alam to drive local sales growth and provide superior customer service.

You will manage solution selling, analyze requirements, and coordinate proposals with the aim of expanding our air filtration solutions. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 1–2 years of relevant experience in air filtration, cleanroom, or HVAC industries, with strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any relevant field or equivalent.
• 1–2 years’ experience in Air Filtration Equipment, Cleanroom or HVAC industry; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Outlook).
• Multilingual skills in speaking and writing will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Identify business opportunities & establish long-term relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Handle customer inquiries and interpret requirements; provide proposals.
• Prepare quotations, cost analyses, negotiate and close sales.
• Liaise with consultants, contractors and end-users for sales presentations & product promotions.
• Recommend total solutions and share knowledge on improved & new products.
• Secure new projects and follow through on current projects to meet sales targets.
• Provide feedback to factory for product development and service improvement.
• Generate sales & project reports to manager.
• Carry out other duties as assigned by supervisor/management.
