Job summary

Delta Electronics Int'l (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking a Technical Service Engineer in Kuala Lumpur to deliver post-sales engineering support, oversee installation and commissioning, and build strong client relationships across the region.

The role involves diagnosing technical issues, advising on solutions, and participating in on-call coverage, warranty management, and training initiatives for customers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical/electronics/mechatronics or equivalent.
• Experience in equipment service support in semiconductor or factory automation preferred.
• Able to troubleshoot across mechanics, electronics, and software.
• Strong analytical, customer-focused, and self-directed.
• Proficient in spoken/written English; comfortable with MS 365.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with client engineering teams post-sales to diagnose and resolve challenges.
• Manage escalations with a holistic system architecture perspective and ensure timely resolutions.
• Provide on-call emergency response, warranty management, maintenance, and integration support.
• Install, configure, test, and commission equipment and solution packs.
• Oversee RMA processes, spare parts logistics, and vendor/contract terms support.
• Support training, documentation, and knowledge sharing for clients and internal teams.
