Job summary

RGS Corporation SDN BHD is seeking an experienced EE Service Engineer for an on-site, full-time role in Kuala Lumpur. You will provide technical support and maintain electrical and electronic systems, ensuring reliability and uptime for customers.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in electrical/electronic engineering.
• Experience as electrical/electronic service engineer.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems and power distribution.
• Ability to use multimeters, oscilloscopes and diagnostic equipment.
• Valid driving licence and willingness to travel to client sites.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and maintenance services for electrical and electronic equipment and systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults using testing equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance and routine inspections on installed systems.
• Install, commission and configure electrical and electronic systems per specifications and standards.
• Respond promptly to service calls and minimise downtime for clients.
• Prepare detailed technical reports and maintenance records.
• Liaise with clients to understand requirements and offer technical advice and solutions.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations on all visits.
• Maintain service tools and spare parts inventory.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and share knowledge with team members.
