Job summary

Advanti Technology Pte Ltd in Malaysia (Penang) is seeking a proactive Field Service Engineer to provide on-site technical support, troubleshoot and commission equipment for semiconductor and LED industries. You will coordinate with customers for maintenance services, maintain strong relationships and travel on short notice when required.

The role requires a diploma/degree in Electronic/Electrical or engineering, at least 2 years of relevant experience, driving licence, and ability to work under

Qualifications

Diploma/degree in Electronic/Electrical or engineering field.
At least 2 years of technical experience in semiconductor/LED fields.
Valid driving license is required.
Ability to work under stress and independently.
Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support, troubleshooting, commissioning of equipment.
Coordinate and liaise with customers for maintenance services.
Maintain customer relationships to ensure prompt & professional products and services delivery.
Must be able to work under stress and independent.
Able to travel on short notice.
Performed other technical tasks as assigned.
Hand on experience with Genmark is an added advantage.
