Job summary

Eaton, a global leader in electrical engineering, invites a Service Engineer to join its Electrical business in Malaysia, Selangor. You will provide after-sales technical and services support, advise on overhauls, replacements, and assist in product roll-out, start-up, and fault resolution with 24x7 standby on a rotation.

Responsibilities include installation, testing, commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting, and ensuring proper documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of field experience in service or testing.
• Understanding of Eaton’s capabilities and products.
• Knowledge of market channels and applications.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide after-sales technical and service support.
• Install, test, commission, repair, and perform preventive maintenance.
• Suggest scheduled overhauls and lifecycle parts replacements.
• Maintain records and ensure quality management system compliance.
• Support 24x7 standby service through a rotation schedule.
