Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Regional Specialist in Learning Experience & Operations to design digital learning content and manage LMS activities. You will create engaging materials and coordinate regional learning programs across SEA, collaborating with HR teams to ensure consistent delivery.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years in L&D or related fields, strong communication, and proficiency in Canva/Adobe tools for learner-centric content.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field with minimum 3 years in L&D or Learning Experience.
• Experience designing engaging learning content and digital communications.
• Proficient in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent for visuals.
• Strong storytelling and presentation design to translate business info.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across levels.
• Able to prioritize tasks and organize work for delivery.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain digital learning assets and e-learning modules.
• Create visually engaging learning communications (EDMs, newsletters, posters, etc.).
• Translate business requirements into learner-centric content using instructional design.
• Administer LMS, upload content, manage enrollments and pathways.
• Coordinate end-to-end learning programmes: scheduling, registrations, logistics.
• Prepare learning reports, dashboards and analytics.
• Support on-site learning programmes for Malaysia & SEA.
• Collaborate with Country HR to ensure regional consistency.
• Deliver HR operational support with employee records and HRIS data.

Demonstrated experience in designing engaging learning content and digital communication materials, including presentations, EDMs, newsletters, posters and other learning assets to support employee learning and engagement initiatives.

Proficient in using content creation and presentation design tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent), with the ability to produce visually engaging and learner-centric materials.

Strong visual storytelling and presentation design skills, with the ability to translate business information into clear, engaging and learner-friendly content.

Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal and can communicate effectively with all levels of employee.

Able to evaluate multiple highly detailed tasks, determine priorities and organize work for maximum delivery results.

Responsibility

Digital Learning Experience

• Develop and maintain digital learning assets and e-learning modules by transforming existing learning materials into engaging online learning experiences.

• Create visually compelling learning communication materials, including EDMs, newsletters, posters, infographics, videos and other digital assets to promote learning initiatives and enhance employee engagement.

• Translate business requirements and learning objectives into learner-centric content by applying instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies.

Learning Operations

• Administer the Learning Management System (LMS), including uploading and maintaining learning content, managing course enrolments, assigning learning pathways and maintaining course information.

• Coordinate end-to-end administration of learning programmes, including scheduling, registrations, learner communications and programme logistics.

• Prepare learning reports, dashboards and analytics to support programme monitoring and reporting.

Learning Support for Malaysia & SEA

• Support the delivery of on-site learning programmes, onboarding and employee development initiatives.

• Collaborate with Country HR teams to coordinate regional learning activities and ensure consistent implementation of learning initiatives across SEA.

HR Shared Services Support

• Deliver HR operational support by executing employee lifecycle transactions in accordance with established service standards and company policies.

• Create, maintain and update employee records, documentation and HRIS data, ensuring accuracy, completeness and timely processing.
