DSV Air & Sea (Freight) Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an IT Specialist for regional IT services in Malaysia.

You will support and manage IT operations, network resources, and end-user support to ensure a reliable digital environment. You will collaborate with global, regional, local IT teams, vendors and end users to deliver effective IT solutions and operational continuity. The role covers vendor management, systems support, IT deployment, project assistance, user training, and policy compliance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in IT or related field.
Minimum 1 year of IT Support experience.
Good hardware troubleshooting knowledge and Windows OS.
Basic knowledge of network troubleshooting and IT infrastructure.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Service-oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Commitment to IT policies, security standards and Code of Conduct.

Responsibilities

Vendor and Equipment Management: manage relationships with IT and telecom vendors; maintain inventory and licensing.
Systems Support and Administration: support global/regional/local IT systems; user accounts and devices.
IT Implementation and Deployment: implement IT solutions; ensure compliance with guidelines; test and validate.
Project Support: assist with IT projects, track milestones, and update management.
Training and User Support: assess training needs and provide day-to-day IT support.
Compliance and Reporting: adhere to IT policies; prepare IT reporting and budgeting.
Stakeholder Communication: liaise with stakeholders and provide updates; coordinate meetings.
