Job summary

Rev Edition Co., Ltd. in Malaysia is seeking a proactive IT Support professional to serve as the primary IT contact for the local office. You will provide day-to-day technical support, ensure system reliability, and collaborate with the Bangkok IT Director on cross-border projects.

The role requires 2+ years in IT support, a Diploma or Bachelor's in CS/IT, and strong English communication. You will manage assets, licenses, and access, while keeping security and HQ policies in line.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of IT support, helpdesk, or systems administration experience.
• Solid understanding of Windows and MacOS environments, Microsoft 365, and basic networking principles.
• Experience managing IT assets and license tracking.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support for end users in the Malaysia office, including hardware, software, network, and peripheral issues.
• Perform installation, configuration, and troubleshooting for software, operating systems (Windows/macOS), and company-specific tools.
• Manage and track IT assets, user accounts, and software licenses.
• Serve as the key contact point between the Malaysia team and Thailand HQ for all IT-related matters.
• Ensure onboarding/offboarding processes, including device setup and data security procedures.
• Coordinate with local vendors and service providers to maintain reliable infrastructure.
• Monitor and maintain local network devices and shared services for day-to-day operations.
• Adhere to IT policies and security standards defined by HQ and local compliance.
• Provide user training and create simple documentation to support adoption of tools and systems.
• Actively participate in cross-border IT projects with the regional IT team.
