Job summary

Horiba Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a Senior IT Executive to deliver reliable IT services across the Southeast Asia region. You will support end users, manage infrastructure, and drive security, digitalization and reporting initiatives.

Reporting to the Regional IT Manager, you will work independently, own incidents, and communicate with stakeholders across countries while maintaining service quality and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS or related discipline.
• Professional certifications (Microsoft, Cisco, VMware, ITIL, PDPA) preferred.
• 8+ years in IT infrastructure, security, and end-user support.
• Experience in multi-country regional, manufacturing or multinational env.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1-2 end-user and application support across SEA locations.
• Own incidents from logging to resolution with clear communication.
• Manage onboarding, access requests, and user guidance.
• Administer on-premises and cloud infrastructure (M365, Entra ID, DNS, DHCP).
• Support server/endpoint/cloud platforms, backups, and recovery readiness.
• Maintain LAN/WAN, switches, firewalls, VPN, Wi‑Fi, and endpoint protection.
• Manage IT assets, licenses, warranties, and lifecycle replacement.
• Collaborate with teams to drive digitalization and automation.
• Coordinate regional/global IT projects and deliver documentation.
