Job summary

PERSOL is seeking a Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer in Kuala Lumpur to strengthen and maintain the regional IT environment across Asia. You will manage cloud platforms, servers, networks, and security technologies while ensuring high availability and operational excellence.

Collaborate with regional IT teams, vendors, and stakeholders to drive infra projects, monitor performance, and uphold governance and security standards across APA locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Diploma in IT/CS/Engineering or related discipline.
• 6–10 years IT infrastructure experience.
• Experience supporting cloud-based infrastructure and Microsoft technologies.
• Experience working with managed service providers and external vendors.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with vendors and project teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Manage Microsoft 365 services and endpoint management.
• Oversee Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
• Monitor system health, performance, and capacity.
• Ensure infrastructure availability and reliability across APA locations.
• Handle system patching, upgrades, and lifecycle activities.
• Support cloud migration and modernization initiatives.
• Maintain network and security posture including firewalls and VPN.
• Lead governance, compliance, and security requirements.
• Act as Level 3 escalation support for infrastructure issues.
