Job summary

OFS Malaysia is seeking a seasoned Section Lead, IT to guide a multidisciplinary regional team across service desk, infrastructure, network and cyber security. You will translate Global IT direction into regional execution, ensuring high service quality and robust security for FPSO projects in Malaysia and Singapore.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of enterprise IT experience, with 5+ years in team leadership or section management.
• Proven accountability for multi-country or multi-site IT function with matrixed/third-party resources.
• Strong understanding across enterprise infrastructure, networking, cloud, identity and endpoint management, and enterprise apps.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional IT leadership, spanning service desk, infrastructure, network, and cyber security.
• Own regional IT roadmap, governance, and compliance across Malaysia, Singapore and regional locations.
• Own IT budget end-to-end including Capex/Opex planning and procurement.
• Drive security posture, vulnerability remediation and risk management across the region.
• Manage FPSO/EPCI project IT delivery, scope, schedule and readiness.
