Job summary

Beyondsoft Malaysia is seeking a hands-on IT Executive in Kuala Lumpur to support day-to-day IT operations and IT security administration across Southeast Asia entities. The role covers user support, infrastructure, asset management, access control, and governance documentation.

You will coordinate with regional teams and vendors, maintain accurate IT records, and assist with audits and compliance activities. A strong foundation in IT operations and clear communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related field required.
• 3–5 years of IT support/operations experience in a similar role.
• Hands-on knowledge of Windows OS and business apps.
• Understanding of LAN, Wi‑Fi, VPN, and TCP/IP concepts.
• Experience with user accounts, access management, and assets.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365/AD environments preferred.
• Basic cybersecurity awareness and patch management concepts.
• ISO/compliance documentation exposure a plus.
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation, coordination and communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day IT support across Southeast Asia offices.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and endpoint issues.
• Coordinate with internal IT, China IT, and external vendors for escalations.
• Support laptops, desktops, printers, network devices and meeting-room gear.
• Install and maintain laptops, software and endpoint devices.
• Assist onboarding/offboarding including device prep and access provisioning.
• Maintain IT asset records and inventory checks.
• Manage user accounts, access permissions and password issues.
• Promote IT security practices and assist with incident documentation.
• Prepare documentation for audits and compliance reviews.
• Coordinate with regional offices, HR, Finance and vendors on IT matters.
• Track IT issues and provide regular updates on operations.
