Job summary

Zippy Talent Recruitment Agency Dubai is seeking an experienced sales professional to lead growth across South East Asia from a remote setting. The role focuses on selling dampers, acoustics, and VAVs to consultants, contractors, MEPs, and distributors, with full sales-cycle responsibility.

You will develop relationships, drive revenue, and coordinate with technical and production teams to deliver timely proposals and project execution. International travel across SEA is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a relevant discipline.
• 4–5 years of sales experience in dampers, acoustics, VAVs, or related HVAC products.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and developing business relationships.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
• Willingness to travel internationally across South East Asia.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets across South East Asia.
• Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with consultants, contractors, MEP companies, and distributors.
• Promote dampers, acoustic products, and VAVs, driving product approvals and vendor registrations with key clients.
• Manage the complete sales cycle, including enquiries, quotations, negotiations, and order closures.
• Coordinate with technical, estimation, and production teams to ensure timely proposals and project execution.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing to identify growth opportunities and expand market share.
• Maintain strong customer relationships while developing new accounts and regional markets.
