Job summary

Hirehub Group is seeking a seasoned After-Sales Service Manager based at Iskandar Puteri, Johor. You will establish and run the regional after-sales system across six SEA markets, including installation, repair, maintenance, and spare parts management.

You will lead the local team, oversee service dispatch and operations, and coordinate with China HQ to ensure high customer satisfaction and adherence to service standards across the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above; majors in Engineering, Electrical, Mechanical, Automation, or HVAC are preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in after-sales service, engineering services, or operations/maintenance management.
• Minimum 3 years of team management experience; large teams or cross-border experience is a plus.
• Experience in building service systems from scratch is preferred.
• Solid understanding of after-sales service process design and operations management.
• Experience in spare parts inventory management and service dispatch.

Responsibilities

• Establish and optimize the local after-sales system across six Southeast Asian markets.
• Lead recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance management of the local team.
• Direct service dispatch and resource allocation; monitor response times and customer satisfaction.
• Plan and operate spare parts warehouses; manage safety stock and inventory flow.
• Coordinate with China headquarters and report regional data; handle cross-regional issues.
• Manage customer relationships; monitor key accounts and address escalated complaints.
