Job summary

Daikin Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a strategic marketing professional to drive HVAC solutions across ASEAN-Oceania. You will lead competitive intelligence, market analysis, and development of regionally relevant marketing materials for applied products such as chillers and airside solutions.

You will also provide product application and training support, coordinate with R&D and airside factories to translate customer needs into CTQ requirements, and assist in product development initiatives to

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical & Electronics) with CGPA 3.0 or Second Class Upper.
3–5 years of working experience in HVAC; data centre projects is a plus.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and across regional teams.

Responsibilities

Lead the collection and analysis of competitive intelligence, market trends, and product benchmarking for applied products.
Collaborate with regional marketing teams to develop and maintain engaging marketing materials.
Share market insights and updates with sales affiliates across ASEAN-Oceania to support growth.
Support product development by translating customer needs into CTQ requirements with R&D and airside factories.
