Confidential is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support operations across Malaysia and regional partners. This role acts as a strategic partner to business leaders, ensuring HR practices meet regional needs and local labor laws.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field; HR certification or Master’s is a plus.
• 4–6 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 4 years in a business partner/region role.
• Experience in multi-country regional HR and local Malaysia labor law compliance.
• Strong HR operations exposure: lifecycle, policies, payroll, benefits, HRIS, records.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary HR partner for global business units with regional alignment.
• Provide expert support on employee relations, performance mgmt, and talent development.
• Collaborate with local HR teams and COEs to implement regional initiatives.
• Support recruitment and workforce planning to meet global business demand.
• Guide managers on people-related matters and coach leaders.
• Maintain accurate HRIS data and ensure compliance with Malaysia law.
