The role delivers generalist HR support across the employee lifecycle and works hands-on with Sales & Marketing and a transformation team in a matrix environment.

You will partner with senior leaders and regional stakeholders to ensure consistent, locally compliant People practices.

Its Kuala Lumpur regional hub supports operations across multiple markets. They are looking to bring on a People Business Partner to strengthen their regional People function.

Role Overview

This regional role reports to the Regional Business Partnering Manager. You will be a trusted advisor delivering generalist HR support across the employee lifecycle. The position is hands-on and largely operational, supporting Sales & Marketing and a business transformation team across multiple countries in a matrix environment.
