Job summary

DKSH Group in Miri, Malaysia seeks an Area Executive Retail Operations to drive sales and operational excellence across F&B retail outlets in Miri, Bintulu and Brunei. You will lead outlet teams, manage costs, and ensure SOP and safety standards are met to support DKSH's growth in the Sales function.

You will coordinate training, recruitment, and performance reviews while maintaining high service quality and customer satisfaction in a dynamic market. Willingness to travel is required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Business or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience as Area Executive in F&B retail.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and analytical capability.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
• Good knowledge of the industry, market, and customer landscape.
• Willing to travel within Miri, Bintulu, and Brunei.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales across assigned outlets to meet and exceed targets.
• Supervise outlet PIC performance and ensure SOP compliance.
• Monitor outlet costs and perform monthly cash audits.
• Ensure outlets achieve strong OEA results and high service standards.
• Oversee stock, ordering, usage, and wastage within KPI thresholds.
• Lead recruitment, staffing, and manpower planning for outlets.
• Ensure HR compliance and labor law adherence.
• Ensure SOPs and hygiene standards are maintained at outlets.
• Plan and run training programs for service improvement.
• Address customer complaints promptly to protect brand.
