Job summary

DKSH Group is seeking an Area Executive Retail Operations to drive sales performance across F&B outlets in Miri, Bintulu, and Brunei. You will oversee outlet operations, enforce SOPs, manage costs, and lead recruitment and training to ensure excellent service and profitability.

The role requires strong communication, analytical skills, and willingness to travel within the region, contributing to DKSH's growth in its Sales function.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Business or related discipline.
• At least 1 year of Area Executive experience in F&B retail.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluent in English; able to travel within Miri, Bintulu and Brunei.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales across outlets to meet targets and ensure timely collections.
• Supervise outlet PICs and enforce SOPs and standards.
• Control costs and perform monthly cash and inventory audits.
• Lead recruitment, training, and manpower planning.
• Address customer complaints and support brand reputation.
• Cascade KPIs and support continuous improvement.
