Qualifikationen

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Business or a related discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of working experience as an Area Executive in the F&B retail chain industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with fluency in English.
• Willingness and ability to travel within Klang Valley area.

Aufgaben

• Drive sales and achieve targets across Klang Valley outlets with timely collections.
• Supervise outlet PIC performance to SOPs and standards.
• Monitor costs and conduct monthly cash audit checks.
• Oversee inventory management including stock counts, ordering, and wastage control.
• Lead outlet recruitment and manpower planning to meet operational demands.
• Ensure HR compliance with labour laws across outlets.
• Maintain hygiene and food safety standards at all times.
• Plan and facilitate training and service improvement activities.
• Address customer complaints and take corrective action to protect brand reputation.
• Support execution of advertising and promotions and report effectiveness.
